- How long does it take to see results with natural skin care?
Results vary depending on the product and skin concern. On average, it may take 4–6 weeks of consistent use to see significant improvements.
- What's is saponification? Saponification is the process of making soap where a catalyst is used to allow the oil and water to form a solid. The basic need of soap is to clean the body. - Can I pick up my order? Yes! We offer a free pickup option in the Vancouver area. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

- Are natural products suitable for all skin types?
Generally, yes, but different skin types have unique needs. For example, dry skin benefits from rich oils like argan oil, while oily skin does better with lightweight ingredients like aloe vera or jojoba oil.
- Are natural skin care products better for sensitive skin?
Often, yes! Natural products are free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives, which are common irritants. However, it's important to patch-test products, as even natural ingredients (like essential oils) can cause reactions in some individuals.

- Are your products nut-free?We have a few products that are nut-free: all our face care products are nut-free. Bath Oils, Salt Scrubs, Bath Fizzies, Essential Oil Roll Ons do not contain nut-based ingredients too.
