How To Enjoy

Use in the shower or bath.

Apply the scrub - Take a small amount and gently massage onto damp skin using circular motions. Focus on areas that tend to feel dry or rough, such as elbows, knees, and heels.

Start at the bottom of the feet up towards the heart with circular movements; this action assists with lymphatic drainage; preparing the skin for efficient delivery of antioxidants within the body to maintain a healthy youthful appearance.

Rinse thoroughly - Wash away the scrub with warm water and gently pat your skin dry.

Moisturize - If your skin feels comfortable, leave the nourishing oils on the skin. You can apply additional body butter if desired.

How Often Should You Use It?

For most skin types, 2–3 times a week is a good place to start. If your skin is sensitive or prone to irritation, use less frequently and massage gently.
